Welcome to MotoMonkies (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website www.motomonkies.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of the website, your purchase of products, and all related services provided by MotoMonkies. By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities that could disrupt operations, compromise security, or infringe on the rights of MotoMonkies or other users.

All content—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and videos—is the property of MotoMonkies and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to display accurate product details, images, pricing, and availability. However:

Product availability may vary and is not guaranteed.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Colors vary due to lighting, device display, or manufacturing variations.
Made-to-order (MTO) products are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges unless defective.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday). If any item is on backorder, we will notify you via phone or email.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (surface)
Air shipping (if selected): 3–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery delays may occur due to festivals, public holidays, monsoons, unseasonal rains, or courier operational issues.

Air shipping is not available for MTO (made-to-order) products.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details including the AWB number.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

Take clear photos of the package and damage
Note the damage on the delivery receipt and have the courier sign it
Contact us immediately at contact@motomonkies.com

A replacement will be arranged after verification.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the incorrect product, contact us at contact@motomonkies.com or call +91 7418407250 (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri). We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order:

If the product is still at our facility → refund minus 2% payment gateway fee.
If already packed or shipped → refund after return, with applicable deductions.

MTO products cannot be cancelled once processed.

7. Warranty Policy

MotoMonkies offers a warranty for Gloves & Apparel covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Covers:

Material defects
Workmanship defects
Repair or replacement at MotoMonkies’ discretion

Warranty Excludes:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Fit or comfort issues
Damage from moisture, UV exposure, dirt, etc.
Zipper damage due to lack of cleaning/lubrication
Incidental or consequential loss

Warranty Process

Email details + images to contact@motomonkies.com
Claim reviewed by MotoMonkies
If approved → pickup arranged; labels provided
If pincode not serviceable → send locally and receive up to Rs. 200 in-store credit
Repair or replacement provided
If not covered → repair may be offered at a reasonable charge

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges apply only to gloves, jackets, and pants purchased from the official website.

Risk-Free Trial

Return within 7 days for select items. Pickup is arranged by MotoMonkies. Refund issued after QC minus 2% gateway charges.

Free Size Exchange

Free size exchange applies only if measurements were shared before shipping. Otherwise, customer arranges return shipping.

Conditions

Items must be unused with original packaging and all tags attached.
Returns allowed only if measurements were provided before dispatch.
Email contact@motomonkies.com within 7 days for returns/exchanges.
Custom-made products are not eligible.
Dealer purchases follow dealer policies.

9. EMI Policy

EMI is NOT available for Made-to-Order products.
EMI is NOT available for Non-refundable items.
Eligible EMI purchases follow standard refund policy.

10. Payment & Pricing

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. A 2% gateway fee applies to refunded orders.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you consent to our data practices and cookie usage.

12. Limitation of Liability

MotoMonkies is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of personal property
Injuries caused by misuse of products
Delays caused by logistics partners or external factors

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
