HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE ORDER?

Orders are swiftly processed within 2 working days during weekdays (Monday to Friday). In case of back ordered items, our team will reach out to you via phone or email to provide an updated delivery estimate.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with the tracking information, including the AWB number. You can track your order’s progress on our logistics partner’s website using this information.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

The standard delivery time for orders is 5-7 business days via surface through our logistics partners. However, due to external factors such as festivals, public holidays, monsoons, unseasonal rains, or other disruptions, delivery time may be longer.

If you have opted for expedited shipping while placing the order and paid the additional fee, your order will be shipped via AIR. The expected delivery timeframe for air shipping is 3-4 working days after the package is picked up, though this may be subject to courier transit delays.

Please note that air shipping is unavailable for MTO (made-to-order) products, so such orders will not be eligible for this expedited delivery option.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED?

If you receive a damaged shipment or if item(s) are missing, please contact us immediately. Take photos of the consignment, note the damage and/or missing items on the shipping label or receipt, and have the delivery person sign off on it.

This documentation is necessary to file a claim with our logistics partner for replacement or reimbursement. After we receive your photos and the signed shipping label or receipt documenting the damage and/or missing items, we will promptly send a replacement and handle the claim directly with our logistics partner.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

In the event of receiving the incorrect product, please contact us at contact@motomonkies.com or via phone (+91 7418407250) during business hours (10:00 to 18:00) on working days. We will arrange a pickup through our logistics partners and promptly send a replacement shipment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel an order and the item is still at our facility, we will process the cancellation and refund the amount after a 2% deduction towards payment gateway charges.

However, if the order has already been packed, the refund will be processed only after the item is returned to us, and applicable deductions will be made based on the product category and the selected shipping mode.
