WARRANTY POLICY
WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL?
The motomonkies brand Gloves & Apparel warranty covers the original owner of the product against defects in materials and workmanship only. If the product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, motomonkies will first attempt to repair it. If repair is not possible, the company will replace the product with a similar one at their discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear & tear, accidents, improper use, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time. Fitment and comfort are subjective matters that are not covered under the warranty. The customer is strongly advised to carefully consider these factors before making a purchase and refer to the fitment instructions and video provided by motomonkies.
Fading of fabrics, degradation of plastic fittings/velcro and leather can occur due to environmental factors such as exposure to moisture, sunlight/UV, etc. Zippers can get stuck due to dirt and the company recommends regular cleaning and lubrication to ensure their longevity. Any incidental or consequential loss to personal property is not covered under the warranty.
Please note that only purchases made directly from the motomonkies website or authorized dealers will be considered for warranty coverage. Additional shipping charges apply for international customers. If not registered on the website for warranty, proof of purchase such as a tax invoice (with purchase date from an authorized dealer) or an order number (for purchases made on the website) is required.
What is the process?
- Contact motomonkies by sending an email to contact@motomonkies.com with a detailed explanation of the issue and supporting images from multiple angles and zoom lengths.
- The company will review the information and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- If the issue is covered under warranty, motomonkies will arrange a courier pickup and provide you with the required labels. Pack the item securely, affix the labels, and have it ready for collection.
- If your pincode is not serviced by our courier partner, you may send the item(s) through a local courier and motomonkies will reimburse you up to Rs. 200 in-store credit (valid for 6 months).
- The customer will receive confirmation on their warranty claim and either a repair or replacement will be offered at the company’s discretion.
- If the product is not covered under warranty, motomonkies may offer to repair the product at a fair cost if possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
At motomonkies, we prioritize safety and understand the importance of proper fit when it comes to protective gear. To ensure you receive the correct size, we offer a risk-free trial and free exchange policy on items such as gloves, riding jackets, and pants. This allows you to confidently select the right gear for your needs. Here is how that works.
Risk Free Trial:
We believe that your safety is of the utmost importance, and we want to make sure you have gear with the right fit for your protection. That’s why we offer a risk-free trial on gloves, riding jackets, and pants purchased from our website www.motomonkies.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on these select items, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will arrange for the product to be picked up at our expense and issue a refund after quality check post a 2% MRP deduction for payment gateway fees. All returns must be unused, in their original condition with packaging, all tags and labels attached.
Free Size Exchange:
We understand that getting the right fit for your protective gear is important for both comfort and safety. That’s why we offer a free size exchange policy on select items — gloves, riding jackets & riding pants — purchased from our website www.motomonkies.com.
We ship orders at 10 AM on the next business day. If you had shared your measurements and the size check was completed, you are eligible for a free exchange with reverse pickup in case of a misfit. If we did not receive your measurements in time and the item was shipped as ordered, return shipping will need to be arranged by you after exchange eligibility is confirmed.
Important note: To be eligible for the free size exchange, returned items must be unused, in their original condition with packaging, all tags and labels attached.
Conditions:
- For apparel purchases from www.motomonkies.com, returns and exchanges are only allowed if you have provided your measurements using our size chart before the order is dispatched.
- If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at contact@motomonkies.com within 7 days of delivery.
- If a refund is requested, a 2% MRP deduction will be made for payment gateway fees and a refund acknowledgement will be emailed after initiation.
- All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For dealer purchases, please check with the respective dealer for their returns & exchange policies.
EMI Policy for Made-to-Order & Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Products
- EMI is NOT available for Made-to-Order products.
- EMI is NOT available for Non-Refundable products.
- These product types must be purchased using other available payment methods.
